@jsimon , Thanks for that information. I have one other question I came up with while working through this. It is OEL 8.9 the new server. When I installed 2024R1.0.2 on it, it installed MySql instead of MariaDB and then some of the scripts were complaining due to MariaDB service not being found! Sho...

Re: Migrate from Linux 7.x to OEL 8.9 failing

I saw Restore complete but didn't notice the errors at the top: tar: 1713366351/nagiosxi.tar.gz: Not found in archive tar: Exiting with failure status due to previous errors gzip: stdin: unexpected end of file tar: Child returned status 1 tar: Error is not ...

DB Backups
My DB backups are taking up a bit of space. I dont need them to run really if they are included in the night XI backup. Is it save to comment out the automysqlbackups in cron file? Or, where is the configuration telling it how many weekly and monthly backups?

So I have a few service checks that return HTML and it displays great in service status page as well as in custom dashlets I created. Re: check_http not working
Hey Perry,
Don't the --ssl and -S do the same exact thing, why are both required? I can validate it is working.
