HI Scott, Just to give you some more inputs on this issue. The Nagios Log server is registered with Redhat satellite. But the license expired and we are in the process of renewing it. Any idea which URL the Nagios Log server upgarde script will contact to download PHP-devel and other components?
This helps in allowing the URL's in Proxy server to get the components directly

Yes Scott. I have RHEL7 iso image mapped to /mnt and enabled the repo in yum.repos.d.
I could see the repo listed with yum repolist command
