Re: Update in progress. Please wait. (updates don't fix issu
I had to manually run the upgrade to see if it would resolve a different issue we were having, so I'll try these steps the next time an upgrade is available.
Is there anyway to get a thread unlocked in order to post an update, or will I need to open a new thread?
Thank you.

Update in progress. Please wait. (updates don't fix issue)
It was suggested in my last forum post that there was a bug which is causing me to need to manually upgrade, but I ran that manual upgrade and it is still an issue for me. Update in progress. Please wait. (updates don't fix issue)
Error: Update in progress. Please wait. Update may take a few minutes. I've been unable to upgrade via the GUI for the last couple years now, and I've followed https://support.nagios.com/kb/article/nagios-xi-reset-upgrade-status-in-web-interface-851.html in order to reset the status, then perform th...

Re: Acknowledge vs Downtime for SLA's
Thank you for clarification. I see there is an option to hide Scheduled Downtimes under the Advanced dropdown for searching the SLA Reports, but wanted to confirm about the Acknowledgments.

Acknowledge vs Downtime for SLA's
I was wondering if Acknowledging a host/service issue counts any differently towards the uptimes in our SLA reports, than Scheduling a Downtime? I see under the Advanced dropdown for SLA Reports, that you can hide Scheduled Downtime, but I'm guessing that does not include Acknowledgments, is that co...
