Yes I can open a ticket. But I will have to use a different user account for that.
How can I relate that ticket with this post and troubleshooting we have done here so that we can get connected for an online session.

Hi there, I did not make any changes in CCM, flag k is there for all the devices which are configured using the GUI by default. Even if I configure any new device here, I am getting that flag.
