We saw this problem first with version 2012R2.2. We upgraded last week and am now running 2012R2.7.

It appears R2012R2.2 fixes this completely. Things are running better than ever and I've had no trouble after lots and lots of changes!

We are running Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 5.9 (Tikanga). Besides a few patches that released in the last day or so, we are also fully up to date.
