Do you have any more direction you can help me with? I ran an API command to see all core commands and I didn't see anything related to notifications.

Basically how to I suppress short term "clearing" alerts? I have the first notification delay set to 5 minutes but I am still getting flapping alerts/alerts for something clearing.
