I tried to change the premission nagios.cmd But turned it back. We have another nagios server running with the same configuration for different servers and compared the two system, everything looks the same. Yes in Apache2 as user www-data is configured...

I tried the setenforce 0 but after this command nagios says, that selinux is not installed yet. So i guess this is not the problem...
