Re: Help with requirements
Multiply each of your numbers by the number of days of log retention. Then multiply by two.

Re: Check command thresholds
Have a look at the plugins web page referenced at the end of check_snmp -h. It suggests that multiple -w and -c options can be defined.
It's still a bit gruesome but it might work depending on whether check_snmp conforms to the document.

Have a look at the web page referenced at the end of check_snmp -h where it tells how to set a rang for the thresholds.

Re: Updating from NSClient++ to NCPA
I've been dreading switching from nrpe and nsclient to ncpa myself. I haven't done it. I'd look into using ansible or pstools to install the agent on windows. Re: Monitoring an Aggregate of PerfData
The script would run from the same host as the checks you want to combine.
You might want to look into how you're checking the thing bandwidth and have a look on the echange.nagios.org site for plugins.

Re: check-nrpe
Is nrpe running on the remote host? It might be running from xinetd or as a service.
Go to your host that's being checked and look in /usr/local/nagios/etc/nrpe.cfg and /usr/local/nagios/etc/nrpe/ for the check_all_disks command.
