You might need to specify and/or edit the timezone in the /etc/php.ini file and restart apache. It looks like PHP is using a different timezone than what's set for your system.

When you receive notifications, does the time match what is shown in the web interface, or on the command line?

How did you originally create the host? Did you use a wizard or manually create it through the CCM?

If you enter the CCM (Core Config Manager), do you see any of the hosts/services that you defined with the wizard?
