Running 5.6.6 Not much to go on, but have a number of hosts. I had < 20 hosts listed in a down state, some already marked in scheduled downtime, some not. I marked the rest in scheduled downtime for ~15 minutes (to test this theory) and noted the start and stop time. I allowed a few minutes to pass ...

Yes. We tried this on the availability report. All hosts at a specific time were good or in downtime and the report was run, but still showed a percentage of hosts down. Also, that won't help with the Host Status Summary and Service Status Summary widgets found on multiple pages in Nagios.

We've noted at least two places so far that aren't respecting scheduled downtime. Both the Host Status Summary and the Availability Report will still count hosts that are in scheduled downtime.
