Every hour Nagios has a high load
Hello When making new hosts, I usually just copy the config file over and done. Never has been a issue. I did this again but now Nagios, every hour, has a unusual high load every hour. From what I can observe from top, it seems to be a issue with httpd. Ive restarted it and all over Nagios related s...

Re: Send or output performance data from Powershell script?
Putting each label with single quotes AND putting a ; , gives even worst results:
Performance Data: 'spaceusagepercentage'=63;0;0;0;0
Performance Data: 'spaceusagepercentage'=63;0;0;0;0

Re: Send or output performance data from Powershell script?

Is it possible to set /etc/nagios as 774 ?
Hello For security hardening, we have disabled root login thru SSH for our Nagios server. The thing is that /etc/nagios is current set as: drwxr-xr-- 4 root nagios Which is I believe a 754 The easiest solution would be set to 774 and add the user to the nagios group BUT is this possible (what possib...

Install Nagios Core from official repositories?
Hello
Im reading the instructions that state to install from source code but is there a official Nagios respository where I can install Nagios from, to prevent complying and also allow easy updating?
Thanks

Re: Change colors of performance data in performance graph ?
Unfortunately there is no way to customize the colors. Simply because the graph engine receives data that it has to plot, it has no understanding what the data actually relates to. That makes 0 sense. In some place, it is stored because the color is always the same. If it wasnt the same, it would b...
