I have a colleague in India we would like to provide mobile text for notifications. His cellular provider is not included in the drop down list. The provider is Airtel. Is there a way we can setup mobile text notifications for Airtel?

I've found some alerts are actually using the delay. I need to go through everything I have to see if I can find the problem. It'll take some time as it seems everything these days takes too long to do. Go ahead and close this ticket and I'll open a new one if needed with better data.
