Re: NagiosLogServer License
Is your license only for one server? If so, then you'll need to contact sales@nagios.com to update your license. If it is a license for three servers then you can just add the new nodes to the cluster and don't have to update or activate the license on the new nodes.

Re: Issues with LogStash and falling number of received logs
Increase the allocated memory to 2048m. See https://support.nagios.com/kb/article/nagios-log-server-logstash-process-dying-576.html for the steps. Let's also increase the number of logstash workers - this can be done by editing /etc/sysconfig/logstash and changing this line: LS_OPTS=" -w 4"...

Check out http://dhcpd-pools.sourceforge.net/.
And XI also has a DHCP wizard to monitor DHCP services. You can find it under Configure > Configuration Wizards.

Re: Installing Test Nagios Log Server
We would not recommend installing anywhere other than the default location. Some components are hard coded to expect the installation at /usr/local/nagioslogserver. That said, the largest part of an NLS installation is the elasticseach database and this can be moved. See https://assets.nagios.com/do...

Re: Total service number is less in Nagios Xi UI VS Core UI
What version of XI is this? Similar behavior has been reported on 5.7.x releases so you may want to consider upgrading if you're not on the latest.

Re: Creating Reports
Feature requests exist for improving/adding reports but this would be done at the discretion of our dev team and we don't' have an eta.

Welcome to the forum, @briandean!
You haven't missed anything actually. Only the predefined reports are available in NLS.
