@z.yong Hi Z.Yong, Did you enable "Recieve alerts via email" in In My account --> Notification Methods? Also, can you make sure that your contact has the right email in Configure > Core Config Manager > Alerting > Contacts?

tsabit Unfortunately, Nagios XI doesn't have this feature yet. The easiest way to achieve what you're looking for is to have Nagios Network Analyzer monitor your network devices. And then you can integrate NNA and Nagios XI and pull custom reports inside the XI. https://assets.nagios.com/downloads/...
