Re: Nagios XI 5.4.4 sudoers entries
awilson , Yes, Nagios puts some standard sudoers entries for Nagios and Apache users in the /etc/sudoers file. You can follow this article to fix the nagios/apache sudoers entries on your XI server(it will not affect any other entries): https://support.nagios.com/kb/article/nagios-xi-apply-configur...

Re: Upgrading NagiosXI 5.5.9 to PHP 7.2
trea , Let's check the reason for the dependency problem first. Please run the following commands on your server and show me the output. yum repolist yum list installed | grep php As far as upgrading the PHP. Re: upgraded to 5.5.9 - rss_dashlet No such file or director
Hello, rcaperforce.com . Are you missing the RSS dashlet? Please go to the Dashboards menu in XI, then click on Manage Dashlets in the left column. Click on Browse and upload the dashlet I attached to this post. Next, please try to manually upgrade XI from the command line: https://assets.nagios.com...

Re: Open Service Problems Dashlet no longer works in XI 5.5.
Hello, @westernuniv. I imported this dashlet into my XI and it wasn't working either. I submitted the code to the dev team for internal review. As of right now, I don't have an estimate on how soon this will get reviewed.

Re: Long Delay for Scheduled Downtimes for Non-admin Users
@onegative, The list of required repos would depend on the OS. What OS is used on T1 and T2 servers? Do they both have access to the internet? Please run "yum repolist" on both servers and show us the output. Ideally, I'd like to take a look at the upgrade.log from the T2 server.

Re: Critical alert issue
@manimurugesan, Can you try the recommendation from this thread here? Export the ssl cert from the as400 server and import it to the cacerts file on the XI server.

Re: Automate Adding Metrics To Host Via Templates Or Api
@rtpipkin, No problem. You can also copy manually written configs to the /usr/local/nagios/etc/import/ folder and then run the /usr/local/nagiosxi/scripts/reconfigure_nagios.sh script. This is an alternative if you don't want to use GUI.

Re: Error Backing up
Looks like you ran the command that Sean gave you with a space in the MySQL password. -pnagi osxi [root@ATT5-NAG1 mlilek]# echo "SELECT table_name AS 'Table', round(((data_length + index_length) / 1024 / 1024), 2) 'Size in MB' FROM information_schema.TABLES WHERE table_schema IN ('nagios', 'nag...
