There isn't a specific report on this, but all that information is available in the nagios.log. If you like diving into some code, you can make a simple script to check for that behavior.

On the Server itself I have blocked YouTube. I don't see why YouTube should track our admins and application owners while using Nagios.

Are you using Nagios Core and can you share a screenshot of the YouTube video links?
