Re: Alert not executing script

That's okay, glad you're feeling better!

Thanks for the update, I'm glad it's working for you now, let us know when we're okay to lock this up and mark it as resolved.

Thanks for posting that! I'm sure others will find it useful until development adds that functionality.

Re: Nagios XI: availability of additional modules for use wi

The only things we have currently are this video series which walks you through the Ansible NCPA deploy/auto register functionality: https://support.nagios.com/kb/article/nagios-xi-ansible-tutorial-819.html Which uses the Ansible stuff from here on the XI system: /usr/local/nagiosxi/scripts/automati...

Re: Graphs not working after upgrade from 5.5.8 to 5.8.1

Please do this (even though the top two commands look like they do the same thing, still run them as systemd sometimes has issues with init files): systemctl stop npcd service npcd stop systemctl start npcd systemctl status npcd EDIT: You still need to do this (it's not changed in your latest profil...

Re: check_ntp_time command define without in nagios client

i) You are using nsclient++, you will need to define it manually like you did. -- If you use NCPA you can put the plugin on there and then just call it without defining anything but that would require you converting everything to NCPA -- If you use NRDS you can setup centralized configs and automati...

Re: Unknown volume path or aggregate name

This is a 3rd party plugin not written by us and we do not have access to any netapp devices. What is the output of this command? grep 'script_version' /usr/local/nagios/libexec/check-netapp-ng.pl Given that we see no values returned: /usr/local/nagios/libexec/check-netapp-ng.pl -H XXXX -C XXXX -T D...

Re: BPI Feature Enhancement Request

You would need to have your team investigate your security tool in order to determine if it's blocking anything, you may want to reach out to them to have them check the logs to see if they see anything. I would do this first though: You will need to set sql_mode="" under the [mysqld] sect...

Re: Notification report not working

Hmm, it's working properly on my system with your configs. I'm seeing this in the logs which is why I was asking about selinux: [Mon Jul 20 17:03:09.217612 2020] [core:notice] [pid 87628:tid 139701710256448] SELinux policy enabled; httpd running as context system_u:system_r:httpd_t:s0 What do these ...

Re: NagiosXI Slowness and Database error

Did you do this?
Additionally, please try disabling kaspersky on that system to see if that resolves it, I have a feeling it's related to that because it's trying to scan everything.
Please send me your /var/log/mysql/error.log. You can get it with WinSCP.
