Re: Nagios 3.2.0 apache critical status

Alternatively if you want to have a more future-proof solution that won't require your custom script to be moved with your installation you could use official plugins. Something like this should work for you: [jdalrymple@localhost libexec]$ ./negate -c OK -s ./check_procs -a httpd -c 1 PROCS OK: 11 ...

Re: Services issues

Hi imran_khan, I can confirm that negate is not working as we might expect it to with your check_snmp_time.sh script, however it does seem to work as we'd expect it to with most other plugins. I did discover what seems to be a functional workaround that won't require you to rework your script. Could...

Re: Problem with SNMP monitoring (timeout: No Response)

Hi Mauusss By default the core install's check_snmp command definition is not configured to handle passing in the community string. in /usr/local/nagios/etc/commands.cfg change the line that looks like this command_line $USER1$/check_snmp -H $HOSTADDRESS$ $ARG1$ to this command_line $USER1$/check_sn...

Re: LDAP integration coming?

I looked in our tracker and don't see it as an existing feature request. If you'd like I can submit it to the developers however it certainly won't be done for you this week.

Would you like it submitted as a feature request?

Hi rashid2014,

Did you try creating a custom query to fit your needs and if so did it work? May we close this topic?

Thank you!
