Thats good to hear that the issue is fixed however I dont think that this should have to be disabled to fix it. I will take a look into this and see if I can find any issues with it but in the mean time if you have any other issues that you need help with let us know.

Hey dlally Something that seems to be common when the monitoring engine isnt working is a lot of the time there is an error with contacts. Can you do the following and report the output:

Navigate to CCM > Tools > Config File Management. Then click the verification buttons from top to bottom. Please share the output that is returned to the page.

unfortunately I don't believe there is a way currently to check for inactive hosts via our host config endpoint. I can put in a request for this to be added however I can not give a time frame for when that would be done.
