Are you seeing any errors in /var/log/httpd/error_log when you try to update?

I'd like to get some more information:
- How many total checks do you have set up against this Oracle database?
- Are these checks all OK? All Critical? Timing out? Or some mix?
- How long are these sessions staying open?
- How quickly does the number of open sessions increase?

Are you familiar with the Dev Console / Dev Tools / Pressing F12 in your browser? If so, it would help to open that, go to the Console tab (or whatever it is called in your browser of choice, just the place that shows JS errors) and visit the page under conditions that cause them to not load. That all sounds like there were multiple nagios processes running which were competing for resources. Can you talk to your partner again? This is a bit out of scope of what we can support since it is a custom plugin that sounds like it needs modification. Our plugin guidelines should help with that.
