Fusion view shows empty page

Hi,

I've installed Fusion but when I want to create a view I get a blank page. The error logs shows:

unserialize(): Error at offset 14 of 152 bytes in /usr/local/nagiosfusion/html/includes/utils-views.inc.php

Is there a fix for this?

What screen are you trying to add to a view?
Is the user account you are using to login to the Fusion server setup as an Admin authorization level?

Login to the Fusion web interface and go to the Admin > System Status menu.
Are all of the System Component Statuses good?
Can you provide a screen shot of it?

Then login to the server as root is a shell, run the following and post the output.

Code: Select all

chage -l nagios
grep nag /etc/group
df -h
df -i
ps -ef --cols=300

If you want to continue troubleshooting your current version, please provide the info that @tgriep requested. Otherwise if you are planning to upgrade then we can either close this out or wait to see if it is fixed. Let us know how you would like to proceed.

Hi,

I am using Nagios Fusion 4. I had added 4 Nagios XI servers, but after some time I can see all 4 servers are not connected and in Tectical overview I can see

No servers have checked in with data yet. :(

What could be the reason.
