Hi team,
We are unable to pull data from the Nagios running on Openstack PODs.
Whereas we are able to pull data from Nagios running on VMs ( vmware infra)

Pull Data from Nagios from Openstack

Awaiting any reply
Re: Pull Data from Nagios from Openstack
What is the background in attempting to fuse these Nagios instances? Were they reporting to the Fusion server and then stopped, or is this the first attempt to connect the Nagios instances to Fusion? Has any troubleshooting been attempted so far?

Ah, there's the issue. The features needed to get information from Nagios Core into Fusion didn't come around until Nagios 4.

Re: Pull Data from Nagios from Openstack
We have a pretty good document on this. The most important piece to this is just making sure that you've backed up your configuration files.
https://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nag ... ading.html
Be aware, however, that you're upgrading from a much older version of Nagios Core. I would not expect to be able to just restore your configuration files and have everything work. There is likely to be some syntax changes in the config files that will have to be tracked down and updated.
