Nagios Support Forum

Hi all,

I have install Nagios Fusion to retrieve information from any of my Nagios XI server.
But, I have a issue on retrieving data from those.

Version of Nagios XI and Nagios Fusion are the latest.

- Nagios XI (5.6.8)
- Nagios Fusion (4.1.8)

I used the Fused Key and login and password to connect to Nagios Xi
I think all information given are corect and i tried it manually (link, login, password) but I still with the error "Failed authentication check"

I could not find the solution, Could you please help me ?

Firewall blocks flows
