And Nagios XI also seems unable to get version list, nor for components, not for wizards. We checked our firewall, nothing is being blocked.

I looked at our reports for this morning and it looks like the service was up and down this morning for a while. I'll leave this open - let us know on Monday if this is still an issue.

Re-opened this thread because it seems to have came back.

How consistently is this issue happening? Would you say it is something like every 10 / 10 times?

1/7 times and this is a very wild guess lol. I'll let you know tomorrow if it's fixed. last time it was also fixed the day after I let you know.

EDIT: Seems to work normally again today

Looking through our emails, it looked like there may have been an 11ish minute downtime. I don't understand what is happening. I wonder if there is a bad hop between you and us?

Edit: Actually it may have been longer than 11 minutes, closer to 2 hours. It was around 5:25 CT. Would this line up with your timeframe?
