Fresh NagiosXI installation issues

Initially, tried to install automatically, however after got issues in yum repos, tried manual installation. therefore installed all the packages without getting any errors, but none of the nagios services have been started.

Please guide on how to start nagioXI after manual install, even no install log generated for manual install.

see the error its showing nagiosxi rpm installed in /tmp, but there is no nagiosxi directory inside /usr/local,

I've removed nagiosxi-* rpm packages and configured proxy settings properly as per your engineers suggestion. After this again tried to install, but now getting the below error
