Nagios XI System Backup

stopped and did'nt start again, also the manually backup doesn't work, i got no error message, the test permission are ok.
Any suggestions?

What is the error you are getting when the backup fails?

Backup is scheduled and will be completed shortly.

i get no error message, please take a look at the screenshot. the nagios dashboard doesn't responds, in the directory /store/backups/nagiosxi is a folder, the files in the folder i can't read or unpack
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

can you post the output of the following

then lets run the backup manually

Looks like you have a crashed table in the database, please follow this procedure to repair the database

it looks good but the name of the backup changed, is this normal? till the end of January, always it automatically named nagiosxi.number.tar.gz now the beginning of the backup name is gone.
Is it possible to check the backup?

When you run it manually the name is different, however the procedure is the same.
