Is there any way to find the log who accessing the server?

Source IP , destination IP, Username , Password , Port , TCP/UDP , login IN date/time , logout date/time , duration

You will reply that via HTTP Access_Log possible , but its not with very organized info, is there any way at NagiosXI web-server HTTP level with above info.

You could review or customize the Apache logs. Otherwise, I would recommended testing out Nagios Log Server as it's specifically designed for fast filtering and searching of incoming log data.
