Hi,
We have installed the Nagios XI on one of the server and installed the license as well however we are not able to see the license expiration date.
Maintenance Status: Current (Unable to determine expiration date )) - Renew Now
Activation Status is also Activated.
Is there any issue if expiration date is not available in Maintenance Status.
Just for information, we have updated the license on this server offline.

Hi amane,
Please make sure you have internet connection, then update Nagios XI license once more (please see picture below):
Additionally, please send the output of these command from the XI server CLI:
If your XI server doesn't have internet access and you're unable to grant it then we'll need to have sales generate you an offline maintenance extension in order to extend the maintenance from the CLI, let us know if that is the case.

Click "Remove Key", then enter the "Enterprise Key"
Click "Update License"

Yes, we don't have access to outside network from that server due to which we activated this offline for this server.

Ahh, if you do not have access to outside networks, you will have to reach out to your account rep, or sales@nagios.com and ask for an "offline maintenance update key"amane wrote:Hi Vinh,
