Sending emails

Sending emails

Nagios sends e-mails to one contact, but not to the other. The configuration in the GUI looks the same. What else can I check?

- email address is correct
- Alert setting look the same
- Host/Service notification Command are the same

Hi

Go to Admin, Email Settings.
Check the box next to
"Enable logging of mail sent with the internal mail component (PHPMailer) /usr/local/nagiosxi/tmp/phpmailer.log"

Hit the "Send a Test Email" button. Hit the "Change your email address" link and set
the email to the address giving you problems, then hit the "Send Test Email" button.
Remember to go back and change the email address back to what it is supposed to be.

If the email fails to get delivered check the /usr/local/nagiosxi/tmp/phpmailer.log

Thank you. The problem was with the mail server.
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.
