Hi,
Is there a way to send high priority email alert only for a specific critical state of the device?
I only want to set high priority alerts for let's say, when switch is down, not when a port is down.
In case of when port is down, not administratively down, by default, Nagios sets it to be in critical state, but is there a way to define it somehow, that it can be set to a warning state if that port was set to be down on purpose (no cable inserted, no network traffic for it)?
Also, is there a way to configure multiple ports at once (to set notification sending from 60 to 300mins), after implementing switch into Nagios, not each one at a time?
Thanks

Re: Custom notifications
HI
If you turn "Notifications Enabled" to "Off" for each port you will be able to see their status in Nagios but emails will not be sent out. You can change the Notification Interval setting from 60 minutes to 300 minutes when you first add the switch
to Nagios if you use the Configuration Wizard. You can see a screen capture of the process here: If you want to change the Notification Interval setting on an already configured device you can use the
Bulk Modification Tool as shown here: Thanks!
