I need help from you. Does Nagios XI have any centralized method to keep reporting agents updated via the console?

There isn't currently any built-in NCPA agent updating functionality but NCPA can be re-deployed from Configure > Deploy Agent.
Most use a config management solution such as Ansible/SCCM/group policy/etc.
The Deploy Agent functionality uses Ansible on the backend which could be utilized to update them as well with another Ansible playbook. See here for more information:
