High CPU-Memory Usage Alert with list of processes

Hi,

is there a way, code, plug-in what will track let's say the top 5 processes when a server is having high memory or cpu usage? Our current setup is to send an alert when the server is showing high cpu or memory, but the business wants to be able to see from the alert email or the UI which processes may be causing the issue?????? help!

If you can run commands from show the info you want then you can use your favorite scripting language to make a plugin.the shell that
