Error updating from web interface

Post by LAPFCU »

For the first time in 3 years, our update from the web interface has failed and we aren't sure why.

Update Check Problem: Last update check failed.
Latest Available Version: 5.9.1
Installed Version: 5.8.9
Last Update Check: 2022-11-08 10:32:19

If I attempted to update it fails as well and says to go back and try and do it manually.

Hello @LAPFCU

Thanks for following up, and want to have you run through the upgrade via shell command:
Here is the support article

Once we complete the upgrade via the shell command, the next upgrades can be initiated from the web console. The upgrade could fail because of various issues, such as disk space, missing package(s), etc.

Thanks,
Perry

Hello @LAPFCU

Excellent, that is great to hear that the upgrade was completed. I will go ahead and lock this post up.
