hi, hate to be a pain....
i have a mapped user on fusion mapped to my 3 XI instances.
this user will see crits from 2 systems but one will not show. I have the same user logged into the XI dashboard and fusion at the same time so I know the alarms are there. see attached screenshot. this is for the NagiosXI NA instance.

Re: Fused User not Seeing all Criticals
As a test, please go to Admin > System Settings > Data and Polling and either enable or disable (whatever the opposite is of what you currently have, still let us know what it's currently at) "Only poll data for mapped users when a user is logged in", then click the Update Settings button, wait 10 mins, then test again, any changes?
Re: Fused User not Seeing all Criticals
it was unchecked, i checked it and waited, no dice.
seeing this though
poll_subsys(): Lock exists for user:MISHLP0, bailing out

Re: Fused User not Seeing all Criticals
Please go to Admin, click the gear icon next to the Polling locks, and delete them.
Re: Fused User not Seeing all Criticals
hi,
I think we can close this. I staggered the polling times on each fused server to 300/400/500. criticals seem to be now showing correctly w/o any fusion log errors.
thanks as usual!

Hi,
Excellent. Glad you were able to get it solved.I think we can close this. I staggered the polling times on each fused server to 300/400/500. criticals seem to be now showing correctly w/o any fusion log errors.
