Installing a Logstash Plugin

I want to install the elapsed plugin: https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/logstas ... apsed.html
Is it as simple as running:

 /usr/local/nagioslogserver/logstash/bin/logstash-plugin install logstash-filter-elapsed

Update: The plugin is now working as expected.
