Team,
We have one of the custom plugin called "Check_OAM" which looks for the status of OAM Application.
The service is up and running however, the plugin is showing it as down. Attached is the files related to the plugin.
Question: is there a way to reset the HARD state through command line?

Re: Reset the HARD state through command line
Hello, @anilgupta. I'm not able to see the service name from the screenshot. Can you take another screenshot of the whole page or let me know the name of the host and service? And show me the service check definition?
Execute the plugin from the command line and let me know if it returns "Down" or "OK".
The plugin is responsible for resetting the service state and looks like it's still showing down. So you'll need to get the plugin to show OK from the command line first.
