I can't add new wizard!!

hello!
please when i want to upload a wizad i receive this mssg!!
the wizard it in extension .zip i updated from nagios Exchange, but it dosn't work!

What's the link on the exchange you used? It's possible the download was corrupted.

Typically, to upgrade a wizard in Nagios XI, you would go to the Admin > Manage Config Wizards menu, click the Check for Updates button and install the updated wizards.

But, if you are looking for the latest NCPA Client, look at the link below for that.

i followed the same step and i upload the same version that u give me , but it dosn't work

The link from the earlier post are in the client software for installing on the remote clients, not for installing on the Nagios XI server.
