reload a hote down , witch nagios xi

please , how can i reload a hote when it's down , using nagiosxi ?
witch commandes should i use ??

We'll need to know a bit more about the hosts, if that'd what you mean, but for restarting services, use the following documents:
Windows: https://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nag ... ios-XI.pdf

Can you PM me your Profile? I think it will be helpful in figuring out what is going on with your system. You can download it by going to Admin > System Config > System Profile and click the ***Download Profile*** button towards the top. If for whatever reason you *cannot* download the profile, please put the output of View System Info (5.3.4+, Show Profile if older) in the thread (that will at least get us some info). This will give us access to many of the logs we would otherwise ask for individually. If security is a concern, you can unzip the profile take out what you like, and then zip it up again. We may end up needing something you remove, but we can ask for that specifically.

After you PM the profile, please update this thread. Updating this thread is the only way for it to show back up on our dashboard.

i will try with this documents , but my question , how can reload a hote , for exemple i recieve a email tell me that a windows is down , how can i releod it via nagiosxi,
not manually , go and releod the hote , i want to releod it by nagiosxi interface web and commandes ???

If you want to turn on a Windows device you'll need a Wake-on-LAN option: https://www.groovypost.com/howto/enable ... indows-10/

You may also be able to do something through Active Directory or through your VM management software, but those are not really nagios issues. Basically, if it's set up as a host rather than a service, just use the instructions I gave you and apply them to hosts instead of services.

i try with comument how to enable NPRE lisetener in nsclient+++
i add the commandes in my console ; when i open nsclient.ini , i didn't find all the ligne like the documments
and , when i tap in my nagiosxi server this commande "./check_npre -H @ de mon windows" , i recieve this mssg " check_npre : no such a file or directory"

What directory were you in when you typed ./check_nrpe? Is check NRPE actually in that directory?
