Hi Guys,

Can I ask your help, I installed Nagvis 1.9.3 on my Nagios Core 4.3.4, but when I tried to access the nagvis web I got the error below. I've already installed Mk-livestatus and its working. Please see attached screenshot below for your reference. Thanks!

Hi Guys,

After editing config on /etc/httpd/conf.d. now I am able to access nagvis web, but it looks like still has a problem, since after logged in the account credentials it just looped on the login page. Please see screenshot below. Thanks!

I haven't tried Nagios Core with the latest version of Nagvis. I'll test it out and see what happens.

Can you show us what you edited in your /etc/httpd/conf.d?

Also, did you follow any documentation when installing this or you just did it? If that's clear.

Hi,

Just to give an update, I am now already installed graphviz using this link wget http://204.178.9.49/pub/graphviz/develo ... l6.src.rpm. Also, I re-installed Ngvis 1.9.3 on my Nagios 4.3.4 in my CentOS 6.5 but still once I access the nagvis web and inputted the user account it just looped on the login page again. Please see attached screenshot during my installation of nagvis without error or missing. Thanks

Can you show us the apache logs when you try to login?

Code: Select all

tail /var/log/httpd/error_log
When you logged in, did you do,
Username: admin
Password: admin

Does this work for you? (Enter your server ip address) --> or is this the screen you are talking about?

Code: Select all

<http://localhost/nagvis/config.php>

Hi Kyang,

Thanks for usual assistance on me, I just want to inform you that I just re-installed my Nagios and Nagvis on CentOS 6.5 64bit and it works fine. I guess there's still an issue on CentOS 7.

Thank you very much.
