Hi

As I can see that you are now making more of an effort on your website for customer support integration I think it would be a really good idea that you have an area where customers can view what products they are licenced for and when maintenance and support will expire?

This could be really useful and not difficult to do. I'm currently in the process of emailing back and forth between sales and myself, and being based in the UK there is a time difference so getting something resolved can take days

This is something we are actively working on internally, starting with the new support portal. It's being done in stages, and we definitely have had requests for this in the past.
