Is there any other way to copy configuration files from old nagios server to new nagios server. except restore option?

@pfsweb , There is. You can copy the cfg files from the old XI server to the new one and simply import configs in the following order: https://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nag ... ios-XI.pdf

This is much easier than doing a backup-restore however you will have to recreate users in XI GUI, reenable mail settings, and the historical performance data will not get carried over from the old XI.

On document, its showing only how to import, but how to export those config files? is that will work if we download from filezilla? or any document please...

Correct you can download them from your old server and transfer them to your new server with filezilla or a utility like that.
