Substantial Features Must Be Available In Actions Component

Actions Component in Nagios XI must have the following features:
- Ability to customize ordering of commands in quick actions
- Ability to use custom user macros or object free variables.
- Showing quick actions in a service group or a host group (for applying a command at a level of group not only one host).
- In the case of host group quick actions, there must be a macro for getting group members IPs (comma separated list of members IPs)
