Notes URL on Rapid Response Page

It seems the 'New Ideas' section is locked. In any case, my idea is to add the 'Notes URL' link to the Rapid Response page that you go to when you click the link in your notification email. Even though you can get to the Notes URL link by clicking on the name of the service, it would be better to have it available right on the Rapid Response page.
