This much we know to be true: The SMS gateway at Cricket.com is rejecting the connection from your SMTP server. There could be many reasons for this including your SMTP server perhaps being on an SBL list. This could be because it's actually a reserved DHCP address rather than a true public static IP address. The only way to know for sure would be to contact Cricket and ask them why they are rejecting the connection. The fact that you're unable to send to other carriers as well would suggest and issue with the IP address.
As of May 25th, 2018, all communications with Nagios Enterprises and its employees are covered under our new Privacy Policy.

Sure , I can reach Cricket wireless team however I am facing issues for all the wireless providers(AT&T , T-Mobile).

Yes I understand, that's why I suspect an issue with the static IP address of your SMTP server. If it's being blocked by Cricket, it's probably being blocked by everyone.
