Alert Notification (Mobile)

For the users who using Cricket wireless service which network provide should be selected in mobile notification. I do to see ATT and other providers but not Cricket wireless.

Hello kp8677,
You can add Cricket Wireless. Go to Admin ~ Manage Mobile Carriers and a dd a new row. Paste this into the third column:

%number%@sms.mycricket.com

Thank you so much. For lycamobile provide what is Email-To-Text Address Format?

It seems to be %number%@mms.us.lycamobile.com, but you might want to check with your carrier to confirm.

Thank you. I have Configured a text alert notification for services however I am not receiving any text message during service down or warning but I do receive email alerts.

Please read the following and make sure all steps were followed:

Also, it should be noted that you do need Internet access for this to work, as it relies on external email servers provided by your carriers.

Thanks for the details. I cross verified the setting as mentioned in the document. I tried to test for Cricket Wireless(10dig@mms.cricketwireless.net) however I am not receiving test notification itself. If I try the same from my email(gmail) to Cricket Wireless(10dig@mms.cricketwireless.net) I am receiving the text message. I am facing issues only through Nagios. I reached my wireless provider and confirmed the address(10dig@mms.cricketwireless.net) as well.

According to Cricket...

You should be sending the notifications to 1234567890@sms.mycricket.com replaceing 1234567890 with your 10 digit phone number. Is this how you've configured your notification?

I tried that option as well however I am not receiving any text message.

For troubleshooting purposes, can you try the process sending the text to someone who has a different wireless carrier?
