Monitor Cisco RV320 Router

Post by vinish098 »

Dear Nagios Team,

We have around 150 Cisco RV320 Routers. Need to add in Nagios Network Analyzer.

But as per the data sheet of Cisco RV320 Router, we are not able to see whether netflow supports on this device or not.

If netflow is not supported, Is there any other alternative to monitor through Nagios Network Analyzer.

Regards,
Vinish

One option you can do is to find a switch that supports Netflow, connect that to the LAN or WAN interface and then capture the flow data from that switch.
That would work for you.

Thanks for the response.

But How can we configure Cisco RV320 Router to send neflow data to switch, If netflow is not supported on Cisco RV320 Router.

Please correct me If I am wrong.

If you device does not support Netflow, then it can't send Netflow to Network Analyzer. You will need to do as @tgriep said and find a switch or router that does support Netflow.
