Hello!
I've configured Nagios XI and NNA integration. Several alerts were successfully added (one alert per host) and appeared in Nagios XI "Unconfigured objects". Everything seemed to be fine.
Now I'm trying to create several Alerts for the host, which is already has one Alert configured ("Alerting --> Nagios Setup" Tab). As an example:
- there is an association Servicename/Hostname: ssh_packets/host1.example.com
- I'm trying to add dns_packets/host1.example.com
But I'm getting the error: host1.example.com is not a unique hostname.
Why it should be unique? Is it possible to create several alerts for one host?
Thanks!

Re: Creating multiple servicename/hostname associations
You would want to create a different service on the host for each unique item you want to alert ongoldmund84 wrote:Hello!

There is one host, and I would like to create several alerts for it. But when trying to create association Servicename/Hostname, I receive the error "A host is not a unique hostname.".

Actually, I believe you found a bug in the current verison.
I am going to file a report, but I did find a work around. If you change the hostname for example by adding an extra char, and save you can immediately edit and remove the extra char and it will save.
Sorry for the inconvenience, I'll be sure this get's fixed in the next release.
