Holt-Winters should be a pretty good algorithm for situations with periodic trends that don't have huge (e.g. exponential) changes. What's your experience? Are you seeing good results, or something you're not expecting to see? Let us know how we can help.
Please note that Holt-Winters is not NNA specific and you can find a lot of information about it with simple search. For example:
