Unchecked Sticky Acknowledgement by default

Hello Dear Developers,

I know that I am not the first who complain about this.
But, can you please un-check by default Sticky Acknowledgement?

The checked by default gives lot of issue and not all people are remembering to un-check it before acknowledge the issue.

Not sure why the status hasn't changed here, but I think its a perfectly reasonable request. I'll talk with the devs, but I can't make any promises.

For posterity's sake, I have made this change in my fork of Core: https://github.com/NagiosEnterprises/na ... -112261353

It's not in Core proper, but the changes are easy enough to make. If anyone would like this thread to be unlocked for discussion please let me know.
