IP telephony supervision with nagios

Good evening everyone please a concern and I ask for your help. In fact I'm working on an implementation project of a VoIP with Asterisk and I supervise with Nagios. I've configured nagios and I can see connected devices including IP phones, and now I would like to detect from Nagios users who are online in the process of communicating and it is at this level that I'm stuck and need your help if possible.
